Brady and the New Orleans DA: Another look
Weeks after turning aside a legal challenge to New Orleans prosecutors’ tactics in a murder case, the Court agrees to rule in another such case, also claiming that the Orleans Parish DA has engaged in repeated violations of Brady v. Maryland . The case will be decided next Term.
